Having your dog be a donator is just such a beautiful, selfless thing to do. One donation from just one dog can save 3 lives!!!!
NOTE: It is imperative that your dog be willing and eager to do this. You should never force your dog to do this.

Eligibility
– over 55lbs (if you have one between 50-55 let us know anyway)
– 1 year old up to before 9th birthday (ages may vary as per clinic)
– up to date on core vaccines or titers (within 3 years)
– happy & healthy!

– 4DX testing (heartworm and tick tests) annually
– blood borne screen with successful units
– blood typing
– bandana and dog tag
– microchip at 2nd donation
– milestone tags every 5 donations
– IOUs: if ever your dogs need blood products, we owe you one for every unit donated by your dog

– 30 min appt (donation is 3-5 mins)
– one page registration form for your vet to complete
