THIS IS A JOKE!
Carly Young was a NO SHOW in Welland this morning.
According to her husband Christopher Young, Carly is on a 72 hour hold in Orillia at Soldier’s Memorial Hospital under a FORM 1.
Carly Young is now claiming that she is unfit to stand trial!
This is the FIRST mention during proceedings that Carly Young is unfit for trial. Christopher kept saying this morning that they claimed this multiple times previously – the Justice corrected him – she had been the only Justice overseeing this case and this had never been mentioned. Carly had indicated a learning disability but not a mental illness diagnosis.
The Court has asked for documentation from physicians to back up this assertion.
Monday, April 27th at 9am is the next court date. Christopher as per usual was argumentative and the Justice had to keep stopping him and correcting any false claims he kept making.
The Justice and Crown were beyond frustrated at the continued games.
The Court has granted the Crown’s request proceed in absentia on April 27th if Carly does not appear in person.
Christopher Young kept saying over and over that they want to cross examine one of the Crown’s witness. He could not (would not??) grasp the concept that the Crown has rested. That they no longer have the opportunity to cross examine – they had that opportunity before and they did not.
So here we are 20 months since Carly killed Dakota and these two dead beat individuals continue to play the system – this is an absolute JOKE!
WHAT ABOUT DAKOTA? WHERE IS THE JUSTICE FOR WHAT SHE DID TO DAKOTA?
Once again we are calling on you to have your voice heard…be Dakota’s voice!
Please get the word out about this! Why wasn’t she charged under the Criminal Code?

Please do justice for Dakota, this is so heartbreaking and unacceptable. We need to do better by animals. She needs to pay for her crimes.
Absolutely ridiculous, this is unacceptable. She needs to do time for this crime.

The system has to really start doing something about these people and stop letting them play their games! These people are psychopaths there’s no other word for it. Anyone who can do something like this to an innocent creature and think it’s funny and try to manipulate the system has serious issues! Mark my words, they’ll do it again if they get away with it! I don’t know why the courts can’t put two and two together figure this out that these people are insane. They enjoyed watching an animal suffer! Thank God they don’t have children. They don’t deserve a trial. I know people say that they have to have a trial but this is what happens when people like this get a trial. When there’s evidence that’s obvious and beyond a dout. The ones that caused the pain and suffering to this animal then they don’t deserve a trial they deserve to go straight to jail!
