This video hurts my heart. If people can do this in public, abuse a trapped and helpless animal, we can not just imagine, but know, that worse happens behind closed doors. If animal research facilities can be held to higher standards, individual pet owners surely can be. And must be. AWS is not just an acronym…it’s hope for animals everywhere that someone is standing up for them. It should be a message to animal owners that being an animal abuser comes with consequences…real ones. It’s unconscionable that this dog was left behind in the “care” of it’s abuser. I can’t believe that this dog is still with the owner and has not been charged for the abuse he did to that poor baby..The police should of charged him not pass the buck to paws and still nothing done by paws..This crap of active investigation has been closed and nothing done ..This is appalling if l say so myself..The justice system needs to do a drastic change .
