
The defence has tried continuous delay tactics for many months but on March 2nd, the Justice finally put her foot down. The Court ordered the Barrie resident to appear in person Monday, April 27th at 9am in Welland Provincial Offences Court.
She is facing 4 charges in connection to the death of her dog Dakota in July 2024.
If she fails to appear, the trial will resume in absentia.
