This sweet boy fought through all his past pain and trauma and won the biggest prize ever: being adopted into a loving HOME and having his own family.
Lightning and his brother Thunder went through so much together, struggling…
- Neglect
- Signs of abuse
- Homelessness. Living in car with their Mum
- Surrendered with his brother Thunder and living in a crowded kennel
- Losing his brother in a barn fire that Lightning fought for his life to escape
- Accepting that his only real family and protector – Thunder was gone from his life
- Bonding and learning how to continue day by day with his foster mom who took both boys in to her home and rehabilitation centre
But then a family saw him on PetFinder and instantly knew this boy was meant to be theirs.
Lightning and his new parents met and it was instant and very obvious….THIS WAS his family and where he belonged!
We could not be happier that this amazing boy has all the very best in life that all pets deserve.
